Orderlytic is committed to providing a high-quality automated risk engine for Shopify merchants. We provide a comprehensive evaluation period to ensure our platform meets your business needs before any charges are made.
1. 30-Day Free Trial (Evaluation Period)
We offer a 30-Day Free Trial for all new users. This trial period is intended for you to test our features, integrate your store, and evaluate the effectiveness of our risk detection in your live environment. No payment is required to start the trial, and you may cancel at any time during this period without being charged.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
By continuing your subscription past the 30-day free trial period, you acknowledge that you have successfully evaluated the software and found it satisfactory for your needs.
Once the first payment is processed following the trial period, all charges are non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partially used billing cycles, whether on a monthly or annual plan.
3. Cancellation Anytime
You are never locked into a long-term contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Orderlytic dashboard or by uninstalling the app from your Shopify Admin. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further charges will be made.
4. Plan Changes
If you choose to upgrade or downgrade your plan (e.g., switching from Monthly to Yearly), Shopify will handle the pro-rated adjustments automatically. Any remaining balance from your previous plan will be applied as a credit toward your new plan.
